Cairngorm Holiday Bungalows, Coire Cas

Cairngorm Holiday Bungalows have four beautifully furnished properties located in Aviemore, Cairngorm National Park, situated in a residential area of the village, amongst natural woodland. These self-catering bungalows have landscaped gardens with patios and driveways. The properties all have views of the Cairngorm Mountains. See the amazing local wildlife, including deer and osprey by day, and enjoy relaxing evenings cosying up in front of a solid fuel fire**.

Aviemore – The Area

Cairngorm National Park is unique in the UK, being able to offer year-round, seasonal activities.
Water sports, mountain sports, bike hire, zip-lining, clay pigeon shooting, forest walks, climbing, pony trekking, golf, tennis, go-karting, and a dry ski slope are all within a short distance of the houses.
Trout/salmon fishing are also available locally in the River Spey and Loch Vaa.

Cairngorm Mountain offers winter snow sports and a year-round visitor experience, including food and drink. Group and individual lessons can be booked at short notice and Cairngorm ski-bus stops are on the doorstep.

Aviemore and the surrounding area is perfect for picnics and exploring woodlands, lochs, hills and glens. See the Loch Garten ospreys, visit the Cairngorm Reindeer Herd, Highland Wildlife Park, Landmark Activities Centre or just have fun on the beaches of Loch Morlich and Loch Insh.

For the less adventurous, there are shops, spas, bars, cinema and swimming pools in the village.

There are many cafes, restaurants and hotels within easy reach. For the younger visitors, you will find Soft Play areas and several play parks.

Dalfaber Golf and Country Club offer hugely discounted leisure facilities to our guests, subject to availability. Their opening times are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. These cannot be booked as they are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Prices are £5 per adult, £3 per child and £1 deposit for locker keys.

Cairngorm Holiday Bungalows are the ideal base for touring the Highlands. Inverness, the gateway to the Highlands, is only half an hour away via the A9.
